He has worked for Arthur Anderson Consulting and has handled numerous challenging projects for clients in the US, Canada, and Great Britain. Jay is one of the leading neutral third party investigators in the country. He writes poetry, plays guitar and enjoys traveling between New England and the Midwest.

He has worked for SPX, Coopers, Fidelity and several other world class corporations and currently advises numerous Fortune 500 firms on metrics and best practices for handling harassment at the workplace. He enjoys football and painting.
