Employers usually implement policies and preventive measures to prevent harassment in the workplace. But when it does occur, Istari is there to work closely with employment counsel to discuss all aspects of the situation. Our team will learn the company's policies, rules and culture. Interviews are conducted with key personnel and details can be recorded in written or audio form. At the conclusion of the inquiry, we will provide a final report to assist management and counsel in their decisions.
